WordCamp Montreal 2017 will be held at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Located in the heart of downtown Montreal and easily accessible by metro, this venue is situated in a vibrant and diverse part of the city. All the rooms are equipped with a podium and audio-visual presentation equipment and projectors. The venue buildings are wheelchair-accessible.

We’ll be using two lecture rooms and the BMO Amphitheatre on the ground floor (MB 1.210). Reception, food, and the Happiness Bar will be on the ground-floor Atrium.

Concordia University Security can be reached by telephone at 514-848-3717. From within the University emergency telephones and elevator intercoms are available — dial 3717. University Security Services will be in direct contact with the appropriate authorities.

Transportation & Parking


The John Molson School of Business can be accessed directly via the Guy-Concordia station on the green line.


The School is near BIXI bike-sharing stations for convenient travel by bicycle.


There are several paid parking lots in the area including two indoor Concordia lots. Public parking, paid and otherwise, is also available on the streets nearby. Street parking meters can be paid for and topped up via Stationnement de Montréal’s P$ Mobile Service smartphone app.
